1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Uncoded Talent LLC provides career-related support services (resume review, profile presentation, etc.). We do not guarantee any particular employment result or job offer unless expressly stated in a separate signed written contract.

2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

• You provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You will not misrepresent your qualifications, work history, or immigration status.
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO UNCODED TALENT LLC ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This policy applies regardless of interview outcomes, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with market conditions. Our services involve immediate consumption of time and resources from the moment work begins.

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback after knowingly using our services is considered a breach of terms. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately and recover costs associated with dispute handling.

5. FALSE INFORMATION

Submission of fabricated experience, false documentation, or fraudulent identity will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncoded Talent LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service in question.

7. BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
